This Privacy Policy describes how PTS Prompt (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use our Android mobile application (the “App”). This policy is specific to the mobile app. Our website has a separate policy at https://ptsprompt.com/privacy-policy.

We aim to collect only what is needed to run the App:
You can use the App without creating an account. PDF and image tools access the files you select to perform the requested operation on your device, as explained below.
The files and text you select or enter for PDF and image tools are processed locally on your mobile device. These tools do not upload that document content to our servers for conversion or editing. This does not mean the entire App is offline: prompt browsing, ads and enabled analytics or notification services may exchange technical data over the internet.
When you choose to share an exported file through another app, the recipient app handles that file under its own policy. Generated files saved to shared storage may remain after you clear app storage or uninstall; you can delete those files using your device's file manager. Keep a separate copy of important originals.
The App includes OneSignal for push notifications. OneSignal is initialized when the App starts and processes app installation or subscription identifiers and push delivery tokens to route notifications to your device. OneSignal may also process device and operating system information, app usage and notification interactions, and IP-derived approximate location depending on configuration. See OneSignal Privacy Policy and OneSignal SDK data information. You can turn off notifications in Android's settings for PTS Prompt. Disabling notification display does not by itself delete records already held by a service provider.
AdMob and OneSignal can process usage or interaction information for their advertising, delivery and measurement functions. These identifiers and technical records should not be described as anonymous simply because you have no account.
The App may display ads using Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can collect and share IP addresses, device identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. An IP address may be used to estimate a general location. The data handled depends on the SDK version and configuration, including advertising identifier and consent settings.

You can reset/limit ad personalization in Android settings (e.g. Reset Advertising ID / Delete advertising ID, depending on your OS version) and via Google’s ad settings.
The App uses internet access to load online prompts and enabled network services. Document tools process selected content on your device. Access to selected photos or documents is needed for the tools you choose; notification permission may be requested on supported Android versions. You can review granted permissions in Android settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
Server logs and aggregate counters may be kept for a reasonable period for security and analytics. Local favorites and settings remain until removed through the App or Android app storage controls. Clearing cache is not the same as clearing app data and does not necessarily remove favorites, settings or exported documents. Uninstalling does not delete server-side records or files saved to shared storage; Android backup settings may also affect restoration of app data. Support emails are kept as needed to resolve your request.
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided data, contact us and we will delete it where applicable.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive documents in support messages.
No account registration is offered, so there is no user account to delete. You can still contact us about personal data associated with support messages or other identifiable records.
Depending on your region (e.g. EEA/UK/India), you may have additional rights under applicable law.
The App may open ChatGPT, Gemini, social links, or other external sites/apps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this policy. The “Effective date” will change when we post updates. This policy describes data practices; simply continuing to use the App is not a substitute for any separate consent required for optional data processing.
