By downloading or using PTS Prompt (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App provides AI prompt browsing and utility tools, including PDF and image processing. No account registration is required. Prompts are informational/creative tools. Outputs from third-party AI services (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini) are not controlled by us.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your Android device. You may not resell the App as your own product or abuse our servers. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The App may show advertisements (including Google AdMob). Ad behavior is subject to Google’s policies and your device settings.
App branding, design, and our original compilation of content are protected. Unless an item states otherwise, you may copy, adapt and use our prompt text for personal or commercial projects to the extent we hold the relevant rights. This does not grant rights to third-party photos, trademarks, likenesses or example images. External AI tools have their own output-use terms. Do not claim our brand as your own.
PDF and image tools process selected content locally on your device. Use only material you are entitled to process. Keep backups of original files and check exported results before deleting originals or sharing them. You retain any rights you hold in your files; using these tools does not transfer ownership to us.
Sharing a file through another app is your choice and is governed by that service's terms. PTS Prompt is an independent resource and is not endorsed by the AI tools named in its content.
The App is provided as available, subject to any guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, ad-free experience, or specific AI results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or third-party AI tools. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update or discontinue the App. We may block access for abuse. You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it.
Your use is also governed by our App Privacy Policy.
